Here at Eshe’s Therapeutic Massage & Esthetics LLC, we have a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. Your appointments are very important to us as they are reserved specifically for you. We understand that personal things come up and adjustments may be necessary. Cancellations within 24 hours are difficult to fill, which is why we have implemented this policy. When last minute notices are given, it is preventing other clients from being able to fit into that time slot. *When an appointment is scheduled and you do not show up, or you cancel last minute, you are marked as a no show in the system. You will be required to cover that appointment at full price. We understand that life happens. If for any reason, you believe you will be arriving late or will not make it to your appointment PLEASE call or send me a text! We work hard to schedule the necessary amount of time needed for each appointment. Accommodating late arrivals is sometime impossible without disrupting other clients that are scheduled that day as well. Be aware that if you arrive late, we cannot guarantee that you will get your full time for your service. In some cases late arrivals will require rebooking your appointment for another day. If you make the choice of rebooking, you will be marked as a no show/late cancellation and will be required to pay the no show/ cancellation fee. ***Please keep in mind that the environment is a relaxing, quiet, and peaceful experience for clients. I do ask that unless otherwise agreed upon in advance, please make arrangements for child care. Children are welcome if they have an appointment. Please be respectful to my space and other clients. Your understanding is greatly appreciated!
